5. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery (Pakistan only), provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Customized or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
